The Four Truths of the Noble Ones are foundational teachings, articulated by Siddhartha Gautama, the historical Buddha, as the framework for understanding the nature of existence and the path to liberation from suffering. Program Highlights:

1. Extensive Teachings on the Four Noble Truths: Dive deep into the foundational teachings of Buddhism with Tsangsar Tulku Rinpoche as he elucidates the profound wisdom of the Four Truths of the Noble Ones, offering insights and practices to integrate into your daily life.
2. Morning and Evening Community Practice: Engage in communal practice sessions, enhance your meditation and deepen your connection with  fellow dharma practitioners under the guidance of Tsangsar Rinpoche.
3. Integration Day: Sunday will be dedicated to practice, allowing you to reflect on and integrate the teachings and practices shared throughout the retreat. Engage in guided meditations, contemplative walks, and group discussions to deepen your understanding and embody the teachings.
