Participants may pitch a tent in our campground or park a camper van on the forests' edge. You’ll have access to the Shower House, which includes sinks, toilets, and hot showers. Drinking water is available from filtered taps throughout the campground and at the Shower House, Sangha House, and Buddha Hall.

Cliff Retreat Hut
Our Cliff Retreat Hut offers retreatants the opportunity to practice in near total isolation. Positioned on the edge of a cliff with stunning views of the Gomde River Valley, you can expect misty mornings and golden sunsets. While the seclusion is valuable and the views are breathtaking, please keep in mind that the accommodations are simple and rustic, and it will likely be cold and rainy during the winter months. The cabin does not have electricity nor heat, and shared restrooms and showers are a short walk down a forested trail to our campground facility. There is a filtered drinking water station just outside of the hut.
We recommend this option to retreatants with outdoor experience who are comfortable sleeping in the cold. Cliff hut guests should pack appropriate clothes for the cold and bring a flashlight or headlamp for the dark mornings and evenings. You may also consider bringing extra camping gear such as a portable battery phone charger.

Registration + Deluxe Tent Cabin (with option to book for two people)
Our Tent Cabins are located throughout our eight-acre campground, with some set on elevated wooden platforms and others nestled within designated campsites. Each cabin is furnished with either one or two twin-size beds, offers ample headroom, and includes a small dresser for your convenience.
Please note that our Tent Cabins are reserved in a "hotel-style" format. You may reserve a cabin either for yourself alone or for you and a companion. If booking for two people, please register both yourself and your guest at the time of registration. If booking as a single guest, you will be assigned to a cabin with one twin beds.
This includes:
- Access to our showerhouse and bathroom facilities.
- Full sets of sheets, comforter, duvet cover, a pillow, and pillowcase.
- Dresser.
- Lantern.
We recommend bringing a portable chair, as chairs are not provided. Additionally, if you tend to get cold easily, bringing a spare blanket or sleeping bag is advisable. Please bring your own towel.

Tara Cottage
The Tara Cottage is a double-occupancy cabin with large windows opening onto the forested banks of the Eel River. Completely self-contained, this studio space has a full kitchen, bathroom, and closet space. The Tara Cottage offers the ideal setting for short or extended periods of quiet personal retreat.
Adding a second person to your registration for Tara Cottage costs $25/night. You'll have to option to do so while registering.
